Marcus Hi-Tech Engineering has been serving manufacturing customers since 1981, building a reputation for dependable production, technical discipline, and long-term partnership. Over more than four decades, the company has expanded from a trusted manufacturing operation into an integrated supplier supporting die casting, machining, finishing, and assembly requirements under one roof. Its team works with OEMs and industrial buyers that need consistent quality, scalable output, and responsive engineering support from prototype through serial production. With a dedicated tool room, certified quality systems, and a global supply network spanning India, Vietnam, and China, Marcus focuses on reducing complexity for customers while delivering production-ready components on time and to specification.
The best zinc alloy for casting depends on the part's strength, ductility, finish, and plating requirements. For many die cast components, Zamak 3 is widely used because it offers an excellent balance of castability, dimensional stability, and surface finish. Where higher strength is needed, Zamak 5 is often selected. Marcus supports zinc die casting programs using application-appropriate alloy choices.
